TUESDAY:

LUNCH: 150 gr of cooked ham or turkey + 1 slice of whole wheat toast + fruit salad
DINNER: Half grilled chicken breast with garlic and chopped parsley + salad of raw spinach leaves and lettuce dressed with apple cider vinegar. Infusion preferred with sweetener, alone or with ground cinnamon.

WEDNESDAY:
BREAKFAST: Preferred infusion with sweetener or alone + hot water with a lemon slice unlimited quantity + 1 hard-boiled egg.

LUNCH: 1 low-fat yogurt + omelet of 2 egg whites and 2 pieces of low-fat cheese + 1 apple and 1 orange.
DINNER: 150 gr of grilled red meat + half a medium tomato stuffed with boiled brown rice and peas / beans, garnished with threads of oil and salt. Preferred infusion with sweetener or alone or ground cinnamon.

THURSDAY:
BREAKFAST: Preferred infusion with sweetener or alone + hot water with an unlimited slice of lemon + 1 hard-boiled egg.

LUNCH: 1 can of natural tuna or 150 gr of grilled fish with parsley and garlic + 1 medium boiled papa with shell + a deep plate of lettuce garnished with 1 tbsp. of oil. + diet gelatin with pieces of banana / banana and orange.

DINNER: Spinach scrambled with onion and 1 egg + grated carrot and tomato slices + 1 mandarin or citrus fruit + favorite infusion.

FRIDAY:
BREAKFAST: Preferred infusion with sweetener or alone + hot water with an unlimited slice of lemon + 1 hard-boiled egg.
LUNCH: 1 homemade hamburger with 1 piece of skim cheese on top until melted + mixed salad: lettuce, tomato and onion the amount you want + diet gelatin with pieces of apple and orange.
DINNER: 100 gr of boiled brown rice + omelet of 2 egg whites with mushrooms or chopped mushrooms with spices to taste + preferred infusion.

SATURDAY:
BREAKFAST: Preferred infusion with sweetener or alone + hot water with an unlimited slice of lemon + 1 hard-boiled egg.
LUNCH: Poultry salpicon: boil a piece of chicken without skin and chop it, add the vegetables raw and cooked to taste, season with a pinch of salt, pepper and oil. 1 seasonal fruit.

DINNER: WHATEVER YOU WANT.
